The right business partner for us has years of experience in either sales or, in special cases, operations in their industry or profession. Ideally, you are ready to start your own business and have the capability to do so with the right funding and business support.
You have clients who are loyal to you who will move from your current employer with you. You have other sales people who will join you and can bring their clients with them. You have the support of operations people or other key people that will enable you to build a business, this time with you as the owner and leader.
